1. Returns

To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

Certain items may be exempt from returns for hygiene or safety reasons (final sale items).
2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 20 days.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable.
3. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Sale/clearance items marked “Final Sale”

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
