Refund & Return Policy

At LaurenReps, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

  • Certain items may be exempt from returns for hygiene or safety reasons (final sale items).


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 20 days.

  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at Laurenreps.owner@gmail.com.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/clearance items marked “Final Sale”

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.
